An 8-week wellness workshop series designed to help people navigate AI-related stress with more calm, clarity, and confidence. Through yoga, breathwork, guided reflection, and practical coaching tools, the first six weeks build a foundation of nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and healthy technology boundaries, while the final two weeks offer individualized wellness coaching to support lasting behavior change and address personal goals and concerns.
