1. Booking and Payment

• Private yoga classes must be booked 24 hours in advance via phone, email, or online scheduling system.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the class price.

• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the class will be charged the full class fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and must be confirmed by both parties.

• In case of instructor cancellation, the class will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.

3. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the class.

• It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.

• The instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during the class.

4. Conduct and Etiquette

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and come prepared with appropriate attire and equipment.

• Respectful behavior towards the instructor and other participants (if applicable) is required.

• The instructor reserves the right to terminate the class if behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

5. Liability Waiver

• By participating in private yoga classes, clients acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree to release the instructor and affiliated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

• Clients assume full responsibility for their personal belongings.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for scheduling and communication purposes.

• Photos or videos taken during sessions will not be shared publicly without client consent.

7. Miscellaneous

• These terms may be updated periodically; clients will be notified of any significant changes.

• Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws and regulations.
