Yoga for Neurodivergent Kids

This specialized yoga program is designed to support neurodiverse children, including those with Autism, ADHD, and related learning or sensory differences. Every class is a gentle, playful journey focusing on self-regulation, emotional growth, and physical and overall well-being.​

Classes follow a predictable structure to help reduce anxiety and offer a familiar, comforting experience. Each session creates a sensory-friendly space with minimal distractions, allowing kids to relax into their own bodies without overwhelming stimuli. Activities emphasize mindful movement, adaptable yoga poses, breathing exercises, and cooperative games, all tailored for different learning styles and abilities.

Small group class (4 students max): $35/hr

Yoga for Kids with Rare Neurological Disorders

This gentle yoga program is specifically crafted for children with rare neurological diseases and unique conditions, including HNRNPU-related disorders, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. Tailored to individual mobility and sensory challenges, each session uses modified poses, supportive props, and a slow pace to ensure complete safety and comfort. Through playful mindfulness and breathwork, this program delivers:

  • Physical Support: Improves muscle tone, gently builds mobility strength, and enhances coordination and posture.

  • Emotional Balance: Reduces anxiety and develops self-calming tools through structured, predictable activities.

  • Community Connection: Welcomes families into a non-judgmental space of shared healing and mutual support.

Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children, fostering deeper bonding and creating comforting routines to carry over at home.
